Method

This research into the sustainability practices of Neste oyj, used the case study research method. The data collected was from secondary data sources such as sustainability reports, annual reports, and shadow reports. Our data analysis utilized the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines and triple bottom line concept to demonstrate that sustainability leads to greater innovation and profitability.

Our goal is to determine whether or not Neste's emphasis on sustainability will result in innovation and potentially greater levels of profit.
